First Robotics Tournament Ixtapa Zihuatanejo 2019

The Municipality of Zihuatanejo through the Municipal Institute of Youth together with Onixt Robótica S.A.S de C.V. invite you to participate next October 26 in the First Robotics Tournament Ixtapa Zihuatanejo 2019.

With four open categories: Mini Sumo, Micro Sumo, Line Follower, Beach Cleaner, wide participation of local youth is expected. Registration will be open from 10 September to 20 October.

The registration fee per prototype in each category is MXN 400 and teams may be formed by up to 3 members including the captain.

Victor Bautista and Próspero Romero, winners of the first national robotics contest Conalep 2019; as well as Jan Andrei Merino, founder of Thermy MDI, an intelligent system for the early detection of breast cancer through artificial vision, will be present. They will give lectures and will share their experiences and what they have achieved with their projects.
